What are Crictical Success Factors and why are they important? Critical success factors indicate and measure the overall vitality of the business enterprise and the performance of everyone in it. Positive critical factor activity is required for ensuring the success of any business, and the absence of any one of them, even for a brief period of time can lead to business failure and loss.
